Mushroom Corn Capsicum

Ingredients :
Mushrooms : 200 grams Sliced
Sweet Corn : 100 grams
Capsicum : 1/4 Sliced
Onion : 1 Sliced
Tomato : 1 Chopped
Ginger : 1 inch Sliced
Garlic : 3 Cloves Sliced
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Salt : To Taste
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp

Recipe :
Boil 1 ltr water. Remove from flame. Soak the sliced mushrooms in it for 15-20 minutes. Drain it and keep aside.

Soak sweet corn also in warm water for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now put the onions in the wok. Saute till onions are translucent. Now add the mushrooms and capsicum. Saute till the mushrooms turn brown. Now add the corn and stir well. Add the tomatoes and the masala's. Stir well and simmer flame. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
