Ingredients :
Whole Red Chilli : 50 grams
Coriander seeds : 50 grams
Cumin Seeds : 25 grams
Black pepper : 25 grams
Cinnamon : 25 grams
Clove : 25 grams
Black Cardamom : 4-5
Fennel Seeds - 10 grams
Dry Mango Powder - 25 grams
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Recipe :
Dry roast all the masala's separately in a pan. Cool them off completely. After cooling, grind them all together. Shift the powder. Now add dry mango powder and turmeric and mix it well.
Store in a air tight bottle.
